Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Certain items, such as customized or clearance products, are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at support@costumekid.com. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
